The Nehemiah Project

May 25-28, 2012

What happens at the Nehemiah Project?

Individuals and church groups come together to make the convention grounds shine. Working together produces a living example of unity in the Body of Christ. We share meals together, work together and in the evenings we join together for worship and encouragement. There is something very powerful when God’s people “have a mind to work” and do just that. Join others from around the Northwest for a memorable Memorial Day weekend. You’ll be glad you did!

All meals and lodging are free of charge. There are many lodging options: Cabin, Centennial Lodge, Dorms, RV or tent Camping.

Here are a few of the projects for the 2012 Nehemiah Project:
    Re-build gazebo
    Paint Centennial Lodge
    Landscaping
    Maintenance on play-ground equipment
    Trail clean-out, gutter clean-out
Repair on foundation of Vintage Shower House

If you are interested in coming for part or all of the project please email dianne@oregonchristianconvention.org to sign-up and secure housing.

Meals served:
    Dinner-Friday
Breakfast, lunch and dinner-Saturday and Sunday
    Breakfast and lunch-Monday

If you can help with meals, either by assisting in the kitchen or dropping off some cookies, please email Dianne.
